The annual fee of $450 is high, and the spend requirement of $7500 in 3 months is high also. Whether the Citi AAdvantage Executive World Elite card is worth it or not depends on your situation.

82,500 AAdvantage miles (75,000 + 7500 spend) can get you a lot of free travel: 3 domestic round trip coach flights (cost 25,000 miles each), or 2 round trip coach flights to Central America or some South America countries, or business class one way flights to some international destinations, or a round trip coach flight to Europe.

The highest ever bonus of 75,000 AAdvantage miles plus all of the other benefits could justify the high annual fee of $450 in the first year. After that it would be harder to justify the $450, even though the benefits are worth more (the Admiral Club membership is worth up to $550 by itself). If you travel a lot and enjoy airport club memberships, then this may be worth it to you. For many people an annual fee of $450 is hard to justify keeping the card.
